At the moment we cater for group and private classes. All dogs joining group class or going for private training will need to be assessed.
The assessment is to either ensure that the dog is a good candidate for group class or to asses behavioural issues and points of concern for private classes.
I suggest that all medium to large dogs are trained on either a half choke or a check collar (in cases of extreme leash pulling a Halti is recommended). This allows the handler more control over the dog during obedience classes. Please understand there is correct way to use all of these collars and its best to bring them to class and have them fitted there for maximum safety and effectiveness.

For smaller more delicately built dogs we recommend a body harness for training. If you are uncertain what to use on your dog please
consult me for advice.
There is specialist training for agility, tricks and tracking but your dog needs to have a basic level of obedience to attend that kind of training.
